Important Booking Details
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. However, to respect our sitters’ time, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation Within 24-48 Hours of Sit $25
Cancellation Within 1-24 Hours of Sit $40
Cancellation Within 1 Hour of Sit Full Cost of Sit
Late Booking Fee
We know last-minute childcare needs can arise, and we're here to help! However, to ensure our sitters can accommodate your request, a $25 late booking fee will be charged upon booking for any sits booked less than 24 hours in advance. Thank you for understanding and planning ahead whenever possible.
