Yes, there is a minimum booking requirement of 3 hours for all sits to ensure that our sitters are compensated fairly for their time. However, there is no maximum limit on the number of hours you can book a sitter for. Overnight sits can also be arranged for parents who need extended care.

You can pay your sitter directly via cash, check, or electronically. 

Yes, we highly recommend tipping your sitter to show your appreciation for their hard work and dedication while caring for your children.

Yes! We ask that when booking, let us know your specific needs, so we can ensure the sitter is comfortable and experienced in providing safe transportation for your children.

If you need additional bookings, you can upgrade to a higher package at any time. Alternatively, we offer a pay-as-you-go option for extra bookings.

The health and safety of our sitters and the families they serve are our top priority, so we do not allow bookings for sitters to care for sick children. If your child is showing signs of illness, we ask that you cancel the sit. Please note that our standard cancellations do apply in these cases.

Due to the high volume of families and bookings, we do not let families meet sitters prior to the first booking. We encourage our members to book an extra 15 minutes prior to your sit time for a meet-and-greet.

We recommend trying out 3-4 sitters in the event that your preferred sitter is unavailable.

Yes, you are still responsible for paying for the full sit, even if you return earlier than expected. Our sitters reserve their time based on the duration agreed upon at booking, and they may have turned down other opportunities for that time.

You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time by editing your Membership Plan in your profile.

You can cancel your membership at any time at the very bottom of your profile.
