Long-Term Placements
$4,500 or 15% of the Annual Salary, whichever is greater

-Advertising of the position across multiple platforms
-Thorough candidate screening, including background checks, MVR check, CPR/First Aid certification verification, employment history and reference checks
-Interview coordination and guidance
-Guidance on onboarding, employment contracts, and payroll setup
-Official offer letter for your chosen candidate
-Ongoing support during the hiring process and after
Short-Term/Temporary Placements
Seasonal or Summer Nanny (Up to 3 months) $2,500
Includes:
-In-depth personalized family consultation
-Advertising of the position across several platforms

-Interview coordination and guidance
